MEGAN MARK

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Megan moved to Cleveland in 2019, bringing with her a deep passion for movement, creativity, and entrepreneurship. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2012 with a B.S. in Music Industry/Music Business and spent about 10 years working in the music industry. After moving to Cleveland, she spent four years running a wedding planning business while gradually shifting her focus toward Pilates.

Megan's love for Pilates began after college when she was searching for a way to stay active after a decade of classical ballet training. Nothing quite clicked until she found Pilates, which became her gateway into movement beyond dance. She loves how Pilates blends strength training with mobility and flexibility—while keeping it fun!

Now a comprehensively trained instructor through Club Pilates' 500-hour certification, Megan is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of Pilates, whether they’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply move with more ease. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where members feel supported, connected, and part of a vibrant Pilates community.

Outside the studio, you can often find Megan sipping matcha at the newest coffee shop, walking around downtown Cleveland or Chattanooga, experimenting in the kitchen (no recipes, please!), working on her boxing technique, or enjoying a concert with her husband.

VALENTINA CALFEE

Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, Valentina has always had a passion for movement and strength, growing up in sports. After graduating from Maryville College in 2022 with a B.S. in Health & Wellness Promotion, she moved to Cleveland. Her love for Pilates began after undergoing shoulder surgery to repair damage from overuse and a lack of mobility and flexibility training. Through her physical therapy, which incorporated Pilates-based exercises, she discovered the incredible benefits of mobility and core strength—realizing it made her stronger than ever. Now, she’s passionate about helping others build strength and resilience through mindful movement.

Valentina received her certification through Club Pilates' 500-hour comprehensive training program and brings her expertise and personal experience to Sculpt Pilates. When she’s not in the studio, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and Pomeranian, Vivi. Summers are spent wake surfing and floating on the Hiwassee River, and she never misses a chance to cheer on the Tennessee Vols during football and basketball season. In her spare time, you can find her curled up with a good book. Excitingly, she and her husband are also preparing to welcome their first baby boy in August 2025!

Jess Kelley

Originally from San Diego, California, Jess moved to Chattanooga five years ago and has loved calling it home ever since. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Dance from San Diego Mesa College in 2017 and has spent more than 20 years immersed in the world of movement.

As a professional dancer, choreographer, and performance artist, Jess currently performs and teaches throughout the Southeast through her company, Emit Arts LLC. Her background has given her a deep appreciation for movement as both an art form and a tool for building strength, confidence, and connection.

Pilates became an essential part of Jess's own journey during recovery from surgery and multiple injuries. It showed her that movement can be both restorative and empowering, meeting every body exactly where it is. That experience transformed her relationship with movement and continues to remind her that mindful movement is truly medicine. Now a comprehensively trained instructor through Club Pilates' 500-hour certification, Jess loves helping others discover the strength, confidence, and connection that Pilates can bring.

When she's not in the studio, you might find Jess performing as an 8-foot-tall glowing stilt-walking jellyfish named Jelley, bringing light, joy, and a little bit of magic to festivals by turning attendees into "Jelly Babies" wherever she goes.

Caitlin Crews-Stowe

Caitlin was born in Germany and raised in Central Florida before making Chattanooga home in 2020. She holds a B.S. from the University of Central Florida (2007), an MPH in Global Communicable Disease from the University of South Florida (2010), and earned her PhD in Health Science from Nova Southeastern University in 2023.

Caitlin completed her Balanced Body Mat and Reformer 1 training in 2015 and is certified through Club Pilates' 500-hour comprehensive training program.

With a background as an infectious disease and healthcare epidemiologist since 2009, Caitlin has worked in both hospital and medical device settings. She transitioned into higher education full-time in 2023 and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Master of Public Health program at UTC.

A lifelong mover, Caitlin was a competitive cheerleader from first grade through college. She found Pilates in 2014 as a way to support her body with low-impact strength training and has loved the group energy and continued challenge ever since.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Caitlin baking, hiking, reading (especially romance), or planning her next trip—up next: Iceland and Portugal. She’s a longtime cheer coach and a major Death Cab for Cutie fan, having seen them live more than 20 times!
